Objectif
Permettre de comprendre comment l'entreprise s'engage avec ses effectifs et leurs représentants concernant les incidences importantes, et comment leurs points de vue sont pris en compte dans les décisions.

Points d'attention
- Donner des exemples concrets de la période de référence
- Expliquer le lien entre les interactions et les décisions de l'entreprise
- Détailler les processus à différents niveaux (organisation, site, projet)
- Inclure des informations sur l'efficacité des processus passés si pertinent
- Signaler l'absence de processus général et indiquer un délai de mise en place le cas échéant
